Car workshops, accessories, hardware etc They have a very concentrated amount of good services relating to cars and motorcycles. Price is reasonable and there are many food places too

This coffeeshop is on the ground floor of Pioneer Center. As this is an industrial building most of the customers come from nearby buildings for their breakfast and lunch. I reckon by 6pm it will be very quiet.
